After being the favorite spot for highend residential buildings within the closest circle of the presidential house for decades, the existing environment consists of residential buildings awkwardly refurbished to function as office buildings. Contrary to the hypocrisy of the neighbourhood, the building is designed as a permeable and transparent interactive workspace with only a little portion of solid surface on the sides, to preserve the privacy of the users. Both horizantal and vertical solar shadings blades are integrated into to the facedes to maximise the use of natural light whilst reducing the energy consumption.
